The Lafayette Service Unit welcomed the volunteers that stepped up to be leaders of new and existing troops at its fall Leader Meeting held on October 6 at Camp Twin Canyons. Girl Scout Cadettes from Troop 31077 conducted the flag down ceremony at sunset during the meeting.
There are still girls looking for troops to join and a need for interested adults - male or female- to lead and/or co-lead troops. Without adult leaders, there is no Girl Scouting.
