City council meeting gets off to a harmonious start
Photo Pippa Fisher

The Lafayette City Council and members of the public were treated to a performance by talented musician John Kiskaddon before the council meeting Sept. 9 with a half hour of jazz. Kiskaddon and his wife, Terry, own Harper Green, the boutique clothing store in downtown Lafayette. The council invites residents to perform prior to its meetings several times a year.
Kiskaddon studied at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston.
