The proposed housing development located near the Country Club along Moraga Way, presently delineated with story poles, is quickly becoming an issue in our town.
What is your personal opinion on this project? But more importantly how would you work with the people of the town and the developer to resolve the controversy?
Open Space:
As you know, Moraga is in the midst of a process to update its open space development regulations. All candidates say they will work to protect Moraga's ridgelines from development.
What specific changes in the current definitions would you propose to further protect Moraga's ridgelines from development? And what would you do to get greater community participation in the Town Council's decisions on this matter?
Schools:
Moraga's K-8 schools and Campolindo are consistently ranked the best in the state and are a key reason new families move to town. How do you currently support our schools?
And if elected, what would you do to ensure that our schools are a top priority for our town?
