Moraga's community center, the Hacienda de las Flores, looks fresher and brighter following a Kiwanis workday. Over thirty volunteers spent a day stripping wallpaper, painting, hanging new drapery hardware, and constructing frames for mirrors in the various rooms of the Hacienda.
As well as to the Kiwanis volunteers, the Hacienda Foundation of Moraga wishes to express its gratitude and appreciation to Moraga Cleaners, the Moulding Company, Home Depot, Cresco Rental, and Kelly Moore Paints. Each of these businesses contributed goods, services or funds to the success of the day.
We invite the community to witness these improvements and to join the fun at our second annual Cinco de Mayo fiesta on Wednesday, May 5, from 4:30-7:30 PM.
