The Acalanes Area Chapter of the National Charity League Class of 2010 honored 24 graduating seniors at their annual Senior Presents on February 27, 2010 at the Claremont Resort. These young women from Campolindo, Acalanes and Miramonte have dedicated the last six years to volunteering and raising money for numerous local charities including Bay Area Rescue Mission, Contra Costa Food Bank, Shelter Inc., Children's Hospital Oakland, American Cancer Society, Bay Area Crisis Nursery and Special Olympics. As a group, they have volunteered over 3,000 hours of philanthropic work.
