Cubs 7 Red Sox 3
The Cubs ganged up on the Redsox, as seven different players scored. Jack Thoren had 3 hits and Ryan Cardiff, Ty Whelehan, Drew Ventrelle and Evan Levy all had hits and scored. Ventrelle pitched 3 hitless innings, recording 8 of the 9 outs via the strikeout. Mitch DiRaimondo, Will Rembac, and Colin Fogarty each had a hit and scored a run for the Red Sox.

May 15
Phillies 4 Red Sox 0
The Phillies recorded their second shut-out of the season in topping the Red Sox in a well played game at Buckeye Field. Philly hurlers Tim Sears, Matty Vicencio and Zach Kramer limited the Sox to 3 hits and a walk over six fine innings. Bobby Stearns delivered the decisive blow, ripping a two-run single down the right field line. Connor Yee, Nicky Henderson, Adrian Guzman, Matty Vicencio, Zach Kramer and Seppi Ortman all singled for the victors. Brian Maiken, Will Rembac and Drew Wondolowski collected the Redsox hits.

Phillies 7 Yankees 2
Matty Vicencio and Seppi Ortman each had 2 hits to lead the Phillies over the Bronx Bombers. Conner Yee and Zach Kramer both doubled and knocked in 3 runs apiece. On the mound, Yee, Ortman and Kramer combined to hold the Yankees to 2 hits and 2 runs while striking out 9. Ryan Levy and Kyle Ashburn both smacked doubles to lead the Yankees.

AAA Division
May 22
Rangers 6 Yankees 1
The Rangers stopped the surging Yankees in the first round of the playoffs behind the pitching of Brian Merken and Justin Pratt, who combined for two shutout innings. Rangers Ryan Nall and Trenten Tso each rapped out 2 hits, while Sam Lum and Rory Miller chipped in to combine for two hits, a run scored and a run batted in. In the field, second sacker Jeff Dible ended a Yankee threat with a snare of line drive ticketed for right field. Jared Kolsut kept the Yankees bats in check with a two-inning save. For the Yankees, Michael Wheeler banged out a hit and scored the team's run, while Michael Williams pitched two innings of scoreless relief. Branden Bocobo and Grant Malmquist turned in defensive gems for theYanks.

May 22
Yankees 13 Angels 8
Mason Larrick ripped a triple and scored 3 runs, as the Yankees won the battle for third place in the regular season. Yankee teammate Tyler Sverak helped the cause with two hits, and Cole Berzins reached based four times. Left fielder Ryan Kapoor cut short an Angels rally in the fourth, gunning down a runner with a strong throw to the plate.

May 20
Cubs 16 Giants 2
The Cubs pounded out 15 hits, as Ben Lauer, Travis Armistead, Bobby Polle, Brian Hemmenway and Colin Kirbach each had multi-hit games. On the defensive side, Enzo Sereno made a nice catch in centerfield to back the solid pitching of Armistead, Cole Christensen, Connor McCarthy and Hemmenway. For the Giants, Alex Wahl and John Monasevitch each hit triples, and Dylan Decool made a spectacular catch in a losing effort.

May 19
Athletics 9 Rangers 7
The A's capped an undefeated regular season and secured the number one seed in the playoffs by coming from behind for the win. Yoshi Koyake, who had 2 hits on the day, started the winning rally with a walk. Tyler Schenone and Ethan Fox then followed with back to back doubles for the winning margin. The Rangers Justin Pratt pitched two scoreless innings, while Merken and Jared Kolsut each scored 2 runs.

May 17
Padres 11 Reds 4
Cole Brightbill's doubled to left center capped a five run inning for the Friars that broke open a close game. Other Padre hitting stars included Michael D'Amante, Gareth Kwok, Marcus Ferreira, and Travis Brainerd. Charlie Price kept the Reds in the game with contributions on the mound and at the plate, and Jordan Goodfriend crushed a two-run homer in to the cheap seats.

May 15
Yankees 15 Rangers 11
Cole Lauritzen's 3-run homer ignited a first inning rally, and the Yankees hung on in a wild one at Cheney Field. Yankees Mason Larrick, Reider Martinsen, Cole Berzins, Zach Goldman, and Tyler Sverak all reached base three times with a walk and two hits apiece. Not to be outdone, Ranger Justin Pratt clubbed a grand slam in a losing effort, while Casey Conrad and Trenten Tso chipped in with big days at the plate. Yankees closer Michael Williams struck out the side to preserve the win.

Padres 15 Orioles 2
The Padres scored 5 runs in the first and never looked back. Gareth Kwok banged out 2 hits and scored 4 runs for the winners and Marcus Ferreira was a perfect 3 for 3. Jack Wickline chipped in with a single and 2 runs scored, while pitchers Justin Bocks and Carter Lom shut down the Birds after a two-run outburst in the first. For the Orioles, Julian O'Donnell starred on the mound, limiting the potent Padre attack to a single run over two innings, while Tommy Hawkins, Henry Rogers, and Matthew Self all hit safely for the Orioles.

May 11
Yankees 10 Cubs 7
Ryan Kapoor keyed a 5-run 6th-inning rally with a sharp single, Zach Goldman knocked in four runs with two clutch hits, and Mason Larrick pitched two shutout innings to power the pinstripers.

May 10
Redsox 6 Yankees 5
The Redlegs remained unbeaten with late-game heroics against their natural rivals at Cheney Field. In a losing effort, John Fedderson lined a double to left to spark a Yankee rally, Cole Berzins and Branden Bocobo had two hits apiece, and Tyler Sverak held the Sox in check with two scoreless innings on the mound.
