D.U.I., 6/05/10 A Chrysler 300M was driving recklessly at speeds of over 100 miles per hour on highway 24 at 1:00 a.m. The driver even attempted to elude police, accelerating at times to 115 miles per hour. The male driver eventually pulled over near Acalanes Road and was found to be driving under the influence. Clearly he was unaware there is no escape from the long arm of the law.

Theft from car, 6/04/10 A Lucille Lane resident had unspecified items taken from the back of his truck totaling $1,240.

Wallet was on roof, 5/31/10 A woman was leaving Papillon and placed her wallet on the roof of her car while she loaded other items into its interior. As she drove off, she heard something fall, but didn't realize it was the missing wallet. When she arrived at her final destination in Berkeley, she realized her mistake. Although there was no cash in it, the cream colored leather $250 Salvatore Ferragamo wallet it contained a debit card, Macy's, Target and Victoria's Secret cards.
