Purse taken from car, 6/07/10 Within a ten minute span around 1:00 in the afternoon a woman left her purse in her unlocked car at Camino Pablo near Hodges Drive, near Camino Pablo Elementary School. Someone grabbed the purse which included cash and credit cards. Total loss $1,070.

A woman scorned, 6/07/10 An ex-girlfriend smashed her ex-boyfriend's 1992 Toyota Corolla front and rear windows. The car was parked in front of the ex-girlfriend's residence in Moraga. Toyota owner didn't want to press charges against his ex, but preferred that the incident be documented. Estimated damage $1,000.

Driving range purse purloined, 6/05/10 At 11:45 in the morning, cops checked on a report of a petty theft near the Moraga Country Club driving range. Someone took a purse from an unlocked Toyota Avalon. The purse was later returned by a citizen who found it in a trash can at an Orinda gas station. Although she got her purse back, she didn't get her drivers license, cell phone or two Visa cards back.

Uncontrollable Youth, 6/04/10 Police officers were dispatched to Ascot Drive to check on a juvenile who was refusing to go to school. Cops spoke with all the involved parties, and the young man eventually agreed to go to school. No further police action was taken.
