| Published July 7th, 2010 | Moraga Police Blotter | | | | Pot possession, 6/28/10 Valle Vista staging area, located off of Canyon Road was checked by police around 10:00 p.m. Although it was a bit late for a hike, two vehicles were parked there with several juveniles and young adults inside a Chevrolet Suburban. No that wasn't perfume the officer smelled, but pot which was found on the occupants and in the vehicle. Three suspects were cited for possession.
Domestic dispute, 6/27/10 Chalk it up to the heat or personal issues - Moraga officers responded to an argument coming from an apartment on Donald Drive. Two parties were arguing but at no time did the incident escalate to violence or threats. One of the residents left the scene to help resolve the dispute. The couple had been dating on and off for the past two years. Maybe they should stick with "off."
Warrant arrest, 6/25/10 A Mercedes C300 was pulled over on Rheem Boulevard for expired tabs. The driver was wanted for an outstanding FBI felony for conspiracy to commit mail fraud and was taken into custody. Unfortunately the driver's four year old daughter was in the back seat. She was taken to the Moraga Police Department and was later picked up by the driver's brother.
Identity theft, 6/21/10 A Constance Place resident reported that a person from Rhode Island had ordered warranty service for an iPhone from Apple online using the reporting person's identity. The Moraga resident didn't give permission.
