| Las Trampas Edges Out Rancho Colorados

On July 31, Las Trampas Swim Team beat Rancho Colorados by half a point in the Diablo Community Swim League, which includes six other swim teams from Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and Concord. Lafayette swimmers did well in the Double Gold (high point) category, with five of the 15 double gold winners coming from Lafayette. The five Lafayette high point winners were Chris Chuck (18), Murphy Baker (8), Hannah Kresnak (12), and Nick Kresnak (8), all from Rancho Colorados, and Elizabeth McGrath (6) from Las Trampas (not pictured).
