It's not exactly an ivory tower, but Jacqueline Barnes of Pleasanton (on sign) and her mother Caroline Barnes (foreground) found the brick St. Mary's College entry sign a suitable location for pre-graduation photographs. The younger Barnes is a senior business major who transferred from San Diego State University and says "things are awesome with this school."
