California-based National Charity League, Inc. (NCL) has recently appointed Alicia Macler to its 2010-2011 Ticktocker Advisory Council. She is a member of the organization's Acalanes Area Chapter as a Ticktocker (girls in grade 7-12) and is a junior at Miramonte High School.
