| | | | | | The Campolindo boys' golf team started strong at the DFAL League Tournament held on Monday, April 30th at the Poppy Ridge Golf Course in Livermore. Campolindo had one of their best finishes in years, earning a team score of 385, just three strokes behind league powerhouse Dublin High School. Miramonte shot 411 for third place and Acalanes shot 427 for sixth.
Campolindo sophomore Matt Klein earned second place honors in a one-hole playoff over Acalanes' junior Ryan West. Both shot 75.
Campolindo freshman Robert Young fired a 76, tying for 4th place, and took home the 6th place ribbon after a playoff. Sophomores Manny Manzone and Jim Coon shot 77 and 78 respectively, followed by junior Sam Firth with a 79. Matt Alderete rounded out the Campolindo squad's scoring with an 84.
