Lamorinda Rugby Club's varsity and JV teams reached the Northern California Rugby playoffs Final Four and played in Rio Linda on May 5 and 6. The varsity defeated Sacramento on May 6 to win the Championship.
After winning the league, the varsity handily won its quarterfinal match against San Mateo on April 28 at St. Mary's College 66-7. Joey Rotticci scored a hat trick. Cameron Drake and Connor Rosenbaum added two more tries apiece in the team's 10-try effort.
