Dude, where's my car? 11/24/12 A woman complained to Orinda police that her car was stolen over Thanksgiving weekend-apparently taken right from her driveway. She thinks the thief may have taken the car key from her mailbox. Neither car nor keys have been returned to sender.
Oh THAT probation...11/28/12 A 51-year-old male was stopped just past midnight at Orinda and Santa Maria Way. When asked, twice, if he was on probation he said "No." A records check proved otherwise. The forgetful soul was arrested and transported to Martinez where he was booked.
