The Lamorinda United U12 boys' navy team earned first place at the Walnut Creek Summerfest, on August 24-25. Lamorinda posted two wins and a tie leading up to the championship against Sacramento's American River Revolution. United won on penalty kicks after holding onto a 1-1 tie in regulation and overtime play.
