The Moraga Town Council tonight will interview two architectural firms proposing their service to develop the Hacienda de las Flores into a mixed-use facility. The project would involve a public-private partnership in order to renovate the grounds and increase revenue, while maintaining the facility as a community center. Both architectural firms, Gould Evans and HKS, have strong backgrounds developing community centers, wineries and resorts.
