The Moraga Rotary has scheduled an event to announce the start of its public fundraising campaign for the all-access playground it wants to donate to the town.
The event will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6 at Moraga Commons. The group will have a few speakers, distribute their new brochures, serve wine and cheese and show the location of the playground, and the public is invited. At this time flags in the park represent the footprint of the playground - white flags for the actual playground, red flags for the perimeter where some grading will be done. - S. Braccini
