Cyclist Fraser Burch won the Mount Diablo Challenge on Sunday, Sept. 25. This tough family-friendly 11.2-mile timed bike ride, starting at Athenian School in Danville and climbing up Southgate Road 3,249 feet to the summit of Mount Diablo, gives all proceeds to Save Mount Diablo's land conservation efforts to preserve, defend and restore the natural lands and wildlife.
