Oakland Strokes (San Pablo Reservoir or Oakland Estuary) The Oakland Strokes summer program is a half-day summer camp open to any child sixth through 12th grade. The program is a “learn to row” program, focused on taking kids from never rowing, to being proficient, and teaching the basics and includes conditioning.
