Lafayette Little League 10U All Stars win the 2nd Annual Alex McLin Courage Classic

In 2018, Lafayette Little League (LLL) renamed their summer tournament the Alex McLin Courage Classic in honor of Alex McLin, a member of the 2016 Majors Champion Nationals who lost his battle against bone cancer. Alex's heroic battle against bone cancer epitomized the courage and determination that made Alex a champion on the baseball field. His courage made him an inspiration to the entire LLL community. The LLL 10U All Stars battled against teams from Orinda, Moraga, Alameda, and Lafayette in the tournament to win the championship game against Moraga on July 17.
