 | | | Photo Vera Kochan | | | | | | Beginning July 19 and running for three additional Fridays, the popular Hacienda Nights is back for another summer of food trucks, lawn games and fun.
The family-friendly event takes place on the lawn at the Hacienda de las Flores, 2100 Donald Drive, Moraga, between 5 to 9 p.m. Future nights are scheduled for Aug. 9, Aug. 23 and Sept. 13 when a special treat will include an 8 p.m. movie night at the pavilion.
According to Parks and Recreation Director Breyana Brandt, "Families that attend the first (3) three Hacienda Nights will be able to vote at the event for which movie they would like to see on Sept. 13. The options are 'Wonder Park,' 'The Lego Movie 2' and 'The Secret Life of Pets 2.' We will have a voting station available at the first three events to make the final decision between the three movies."
July 19's food truck line-up included: Canyon Club Brewery, Ranchero Catering, Sliders Truck, Flavors of Cali, Yummi BBQ, Golden Gate Gyro and Izzy A's Frozen Custard.
Food trucks scheduled for Aug. 9 include: Yummi BBQ, Cosa Nostra Pasta Truck, Ranchero Catering, Sip & Slide Sliders, Canyon Club Brewery and The Cupcake Shoppe.
On the menu for Aug. 23 are: Flavors of Cali, The Waffle Roost, Golden Gate Gyro, Canyon Club Brewery, Sip & Slide Sliders and Johnny Doughnuts.
The last scheduled event night of Sept. 13 will feature: Sliders Truck, Izzy A's Frozen Custard, Canyon Club Brewery, Ranchero Catering, Lobsta Truck, Cosa Nostra Pasta Truck and Kolobok Russian Soul Food.
