 | | | Photo provided | | | | | | Karate & Fitness USA of Lafayette competed in the 49th Annual Fiestas International Karate Championships in Los Angeles in September. The Fiestas was some tough competition with many athletes from countries south of the U.S. border (Mexico, Honduras, Nicaragua, Peru, Guatemala). Karate & Fitness USA brought their best efforts and returned home with some serious trophies.
Karate is a fun and exciting sport for boys and girls to participate in all the way up to the world level of competition. Karate & Fitness USA Team Results: 14 Athletes, total of 38 trophies and medals (11 First, 12 Second, and 15 Third). |
