Because of the size of the site, the presence of the concrete crews has been inhibiting the speed at which the framers could work, but as the concrete crews finish up, there will be noticeable vertical progress on the site, Winnacker said.
The first floor should be completed by the end of the third week of August, and the second floor should be in place by the end of the month, with trussing and roofing in September.
