St. Perpetua's American 2 eighth grade boys represented the West Diablo League in the Tournament of Champions in Brentwood on March 13. They defeated St.John's of San Lorenzo in the championship game, 59 to 44.

After winning the West Diablo fourth grade boys' National Blue Division regular season title with a 9-1 record, the team went 5-0 in the playoffs, capped by winning the Tournament of Champions (TOC) on March 13 at Heritage High School. The TOC features the top teams throughout the Oakland Dioceses from Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
