Lamorinda Monarchs Sweep Weekend Tournament

The Lamorinda Monarchs 14U eighth grade baseball team took its game on the road to Reno last weekend May 5-6. The Monarchs finished with a perfect 5-0 mark over the weekend. Mac Lardner pitched a complete game and struck out eight in the championship matchup against the SV STORM on Sunday afternoon. Lardner and Daniel Glorioso were named tournament Co-MVP's, but it was truly a team win.
