Art fans of all ages turned out in droves for the Orinda Arts Council's annual Arts in Bloom Festival at the Orinda Community Park July 17. Scoping out displays by area artisans while snacking on goodies from Loard's, attendees also were treated to a concert-in-the-park by 2012 Orinda Idol finalists on a perfect midsummer's eve.
