East Bay Middle School XC Meet

The Moraga Country Club provided the setting for two cross-country running events on October 22. Joaquin Moraga Intermediate School served as the host school for 290 participants, representing eleven East Bay schools.
Standout local runners' were Joaquin Moraga's Mateo Larson, who placed first in the sixth grade boys' running event, and John Mader of Orinda Intermediate School, who won in the 7th/8th grade boys' event.
