Lamorinda Baseball Club's Seals won the Battle of the Bay tournament on June 7.
Lamorinda came out strong in Saturday's pool play, defeating Brushback Baseball from Los Altos and The East Bay Gamers of Concord. The team was awarded the No. 1 seed going into Sunday's final bracket. The boys faced the Gamers again in the semifinal game, winning 9-0. They played the Bay Valley Bombers in the championship game. The Seals hit six home runs on their way to a 17-2 win.
The Lamorinda team then traveled to Cooperstown, New York the week of June 14 to play in Cooperstown Dreams Park.
