Magic U15 Girls Win Western Regional

US Club Soccer held the Nation Cup Western Regional Championships in Davis on June 20-23 and the California Magic U15 girls came away with the victory. The Magic girls played in the highly competitive Super Group division of the tournament, playing five games over four days. Magic outscored their opponents 17 to 3.

In the final match, Magic faced Davis Legacy, a team ranked No. 2 in California and No. 7 in the nation. Magic came out fast and furious and put up its first goal in the opening two minutes of the match. Magic scored another goal to go into halftime with a 2-1 lead. Magic scored two more goals to seal the championship victory.
