The Orinda City Council recognized retiring Orinda Chamber of Commerce Board President Sylvia Jorgensen, Secretary Patti Camras, and Executive Director Candis Kattenburg on Jan. 12. The council also welcomed incoming President Roy Hodgkinson and Executive Director Sophie Braccini at the meeting.
