INGREDIENTS
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 pear, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. caramel sauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 cups green chocolate candy melts
1 medium sized silicone mold
DIRECTIONS
First, take your pear and put it into a food processor with the cinnamon, nutmeg and caramel sauce. Then, using a hand mixer, whip your heavy whipping cream until it acquires the texture of whipped cream. Do not overmix. Next, add your pear mixture to the heavy whipping cream and mix just until combined. Put your pear mix into the fridge. Next, microwave your green candy melts for 1 minute 15 seconds or until they are smooth. Then fill each of your molds a quarter of the way full and put them into the freezer for 3 minutes or until they harden. Take them out of the freezer and spread more of the green candy chocolate onto the side of the mold, creating a bowl shape insider of the mold. Let them harden. Fill the mold with the pear filling until almost level with the top and freeze until the top is solid. Finally, cover with more chocolate and let sit until hardened. Let the middle thaw and enjoy.
