Acalanes football goes to Florida

Acalanes varsity and JV football teams spent Labor Day weekend in Orlando, Fla. It was an action packed weekend for the Dons. In addition to playing an exciting game, the Dons spent time at the Energy and Waves Physics Lab at the Disney Youth Educational Series, had a team dinner and watched the IllumiNations light show over Epcot and enjoyed time in DisneyWorld parks.

On Sept. 2, the Dons got three passing touchdowns from Robby Rowell, and held off a late rally from Suncoast-Riviera Beach, Fla., to emerge victorious down at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando. Final score 21-14.
