Local team wins big in Omaha

Lafayette Oaks 13U baseball team won the Omaha SlumpBuster Tournament in Omaha, Nebraska with over 50 13U teams from around the country and played in Iowa and Nebraska. The Lafayette Oaks beat teams from Minnesota, Utah, Illinois, and finally from Nebraska to take the championship title.? The team was coached by Steve Hammond of the Bay Area Baseballers.
