'Movie Under the Stars' returns to Moraga Commons

Approximately 120 moviegoers turned out for the Sept. 10 Moraga Park Foundation-sponsored "Movie Under the Stars" event. Families braved a slightly chilly evening with jackets, blankets and lawn chairs to watch a free 8 p.m. showing of Pixar's "Monsters, Inc." at the Moraga Commons Park. The Parks and Recreation-operated concession stand sold candy, popcorn and water, with the proceeds going toward next year's event.
